-The law firm of Gallagher & Kennedy announced that shareholder William F. Allison has been elected as executive vice president of Hance Park Conservancy, an organization of stakeholders, cultural institutions, businesses and individuals working in collaboration with the city of Phoenix to produce and implement a redevelopment plan for Margaret T. Kelly, Jr. has retired from State Farm Insurance’s legal department after 23 years of service. Kelly has been practicing law since 1974 in a variety of capacities serving as an assistant attorney general for the state of Iowa, staff counsel and general counsel for U-Haul International, partner in the firm of Susemihl, Davis, and Kelly, and then State Farm wherein he tried and arbitrated numerous cases.
